An engaged naked couple apparently did not get along very well.
A drunk and naked woman, was arrested in Phelan, California, Thursday after allegedly driving into her boyfriend, who was also naked, the local newspaper reported.
The unidentified 22-year-old woman hit Alberto Giovanni Bravo, 30, with a 2008 Honda Civic, after Bravo got out and walked in front of the car, the California Highway Patrol told a local television news station. Bravo fell onto the hood of the car.
The woman then hit the brakes, but the car lost control and crashed into a fence, hit two trees
before stopping, officials said. Bravo flew out of the car and onto the floor. She was airlifted to Antelope Valley Hospital in critical condition, according to hospital records.
The woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police spokesperson Matt Hunt, told the newspaper that the woman, whose name had not been revealed and Bravo were engaged.
“Some of this investigation is of a sensitive nature,” he said. “Until the investigation is cleared up, we will not release her name,” he added.
