Speaking at a brief press conference on Friday, he said he wanted Islamabad to deliver on promises that it wants to help find a solution in Afghanistan “What we need now is to formulate a policy that’s actionable and implementable and actually act upon it,” he said.
A Pakistani government insider described his meetings with President Asif Ali Zardari and minister as “frank” and “honest”.
