Awake Goy Tehran, April 3, IRNA- Iranian traditional and local music enjoy the potential to represent Iranian culture and art all over the world.
In addition to domestic performances, Iranian music bands had some performances in other countries during the Iranian New Year holidays.
Iranian traditional music bands have so far held concerts in Georgia, Greece, Tanzania, Paris, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain and Iraq.
Safiran and Goldas music bands from Sistan-Baluchestan province by performing in Tanzania created a memorable New Year holiday there.
Their performance was covered by Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC) and MTanzania newspaper.
The bands also performed in Zanzibar.
Keyvan Saket played Tar (Iranian traditional instrument) in Paris and Saba music band travelled to Greece and Hungary.
Irahestan music band from Fars province held concerts in Bosnia and Herzegovina under the supervision of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization.
Ava music band also went on stage in Erbil, Iraq.
