Thirty years after Argentina and Britain went to war over the islands, the
Argentine president said universal human rights demand that both countries
work to return the bodies of the dead to their families.
She said Argentina sets a world standard for human rights and will respect the
islanders’ interests if it manages to regain control of the islands that
have been in British hands for nearly 180 years.
