Political correctness has gotten out of control under Barack Obama with people being offended by virtually everything. It’s ridiculous. One Texas restaurant owner he’s had enough and is warning customers that the restaurant might offend them by being too “politically incorrect” this holiday season. Sales have soared!
Berryhill Baja Grill CEO Jeff Anon told ABC News, “I just got tired of all the news of everybody having to be politically correct.”
The restaurant has posted signs outside it’s nine Texas locations that read:
“Notice: This store is politically incorrect. We say ‘Merry Christmas,’ ‘God bless America.’ We salute our flag and give thanks to our troops, police officers and firefighters. If this offends you, you are welcome to leave. In God we trust.”
You have to love this! Anon, who is himself a Jew, explained that he doesn’t understand why people get so offended when they hear someone say “Merry Christmas.”
“There’s nothing wrong with saying ‘Merry Christmas’ in lieu of ‘Happy Holidays.’ When people say ‘Merry Christmas,’ they’re being nice,” Anon said. “They’re not trying to be politically incorrect or have religious beliefs.”
The restaurants have been decked out with festive holiday decor, including Hanukkah decorations. Anon said that for every negative response to the signs, there are “hundreds” of positive ones.
“The outpouring of support has been absolutely terrific. We’re actually getting a lot of requests from people to get the sign,” he said. “Some people say you shouldn’t take religion into the workplace. We’re not trying to bring religion into the workplace. It has nothing to do with religion. It’s the spirit of the holidays.”
Way to go my Jewish brother! We need more people like Mr. Anon to take a stand against these filthy liberals that complain about everything. I know I personally am sick of what these liberals are doing to our country and am looking forward to taking our country back from these insane liberal degenerates.
