Does Putin, Bertelsmann, BBC, or Mickey Mouse Control Your Hearts and Minds?

Russia, we all know from geography class it’s the biggest country in the world. Isn’t it too bad Russians never did anything good? I mean, if you use Google or almost any information source people in the west use, Russians are living in a dark, inescapable prison where a fiendish despot thinks of nothing but threatening the rest of the world. And this Putin fellow has supposedly deployed the mightiest propaganda machine the world has ever known! But wait, is this all true? For those who are still unaware, the world mind control center is not in Moscow.

I hope you will forgive the sarcasm. But the reality of the west-east divide is just too simple to figure out. And this is why I wake up every morning praying the media bubble suffocating my countrymen will burst. No, Russia’s state media cannot even hold a flickering candle to the enormous propaganda beast waging information war on our minds. Let me remind everyone that 13 corporations control nearly every scrap of information distributed in the world. And Putin does not run any of these companies.

Lists suck, but to understand the level of mind control we are talking about, naming these companies is essential. Bertelsmann, National Amusements (ViacomCBS), Sony Corporation, News Corp, Comcast, The Walt Disney Company, AT&T Inc., Fox Corporation, Hearst Communications, MGM Holdings Inc., Grupo Globo (South America), and Lagardère Group are the multinational controllers of information worldwide. Now let’s take a closer look at who controls these conglomerates.

Bertelsmann, which the Mohn family runs since World War II, was the most significant book publisher for Hitler’s Wehrmacht before and during the war. Since the war, the company has bloomed into a worldwide conglomerate that publishes books, broadcasts on television on radio, produces music, prints magazines, and operates in the service industry as well. If you are within the German sphere of language or influence, this company brainwashes you to what to think and how to conduct your life. Your children learn with a tilt that is toward whatever Christoph Mohn and his sisters think they need. In fact, through the company’s Penguin ownership, the Mohn’s get to indoctrinate American and British schoolchildren too. Oh, and also on the Bertelsmann board are BMW chairperson Joachim Milberg, Nestle Germany board chair Werner J. Bauer, Merck chairman Karl-Ludwig Kley, Volkswagon’s Hans Dieter Potsch, Henkel’s Kasper Rorsted, and other German elites.

Joining the Germans in the anti-Russia propaganda ranks is ViacomCBS, which reaches about a billion people in 180 countries. From their headquarters at One Astor Plaza in Midtown Manhattan, this media conglomerate is so gigantic it’s impossible to list the media companies it controls. Other than the CBS sub-brands, there are outlets like Smithsonian, VH1, the Movie Channel, BET+, Channel 5 in the UK, Nickelodeon Animation Studio, Telefe in Argentina, Paramount Pictures, Noggin, Network 10 in Australia, and dozens more. This mega-conglomerate is owned primarily by Shari Redstone, the granddaughter of the parent company National Amusements, Inc.’s German Jewish founder Michael Redstone. Interestingly, Shari’s father, Sumner Redstone was a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army during World War II who served with a team at the Signals Intelligence Service that decoded Japanese messages. This agency would later become part of the intelligence-gathering capability of the NSA. And western think tanks moan about Vladimir Putin as a former KGB Colonel.

I’ll skip past Sony, the Japanese conglomerate that has a TV, digital camera, music collection, movie collection, smart device, video game, or robot in just about every home on the planet. We’ve no room here for a history of Russia-Japan relations since the Russo-Japanese War of 1904 and 1905. News Corp and its boss Rupert Murdoch have also been well covered by me and here on NEO. Walt Disney, AT&T, and FOX are also just too big to outline correctly here. Everyone on this planet has been influenced in some way by the span of the Mickey Mouse brand. AT&T brings in almost $200 billion in revenue each year from markets from Hong Kong to Mexico. And FOX is more or less run by the aforementioned Putin hater Rupert Murdoch, as well.

This brings me to Comcast, the world’s second-biggest cable provider, which must be mentioned for the simple reason it’s probably the most disliked American media company in history. The conglomerate that runs Europe’s Sky Group is the most prominent internet provider for homes in America, owns Universal Pictures, and has dozens of more household names. Comcast also lobbies extensively in Washington, and it’s common knowledge the company employs the spouses, sons, and daughters of mayors, councilmen, commissioners, and other officials to assure its continued preferred market allocations. It’s been dubbed the “Worst Company in America,” but still hundreds of millions tune in. Comcast is run by another Jewish billionaire, Brian L. Roberts, who is also the chairman of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA).

As for Hearst, the newspaper and media conglomerate begun by the legendary William Randolph Hearst has lost much of its former sway. Once the most extensive media empire on Earth, Hearst only plays at the fringes with local newspapers, in magazines like Harpers Bazaar and Esquire, with HGTV, and so on. Hearst is strong with reaching down into the social psyche, which makes for powerful propaganda prowess. MGM, as always, is all about the power of Hollywood, even if the company is busted these days.

Then there’s Grupo Globo and Lagardère Group, which I would consider niche or regional conglomerates going through some troubles of late. Globo runs the information game in Latin America, while France’s Lagardère clings to what remains of the power built by Jean-Luc Lagardère back in the 1960s. An interesting footnote here is that Jean-Luc was a member of the Saint-Simon Foundation think tank, accused of exerting excessive and covert influence on French politics.

Finally, the BBC is not mentioned among the list of entities controlling media and information. I must include the Queen Mother’s propaganda machine here for obvious reasons. The state-run BBC is the world’s oldest national broadcaster and the largest broadcaster globally by the number of employees. One of the exciting things about this legendary network is that UK people fork over £154.50 (2019) each year to fund their mind control mechanism directly. BBC operates across TV, radio, internet, interactive, movies, music, education, and just about every other facet of society you can name. Children get their indoctrination early on through BBC Kids. BBC Lifestyle grabs hold of people through their wants and desires. And the official channel of Britain’s royalty rules thought with all the best from David Attenborough to Monty Python. Let’s see RTTV or Sputnik News top that!

Are you with me yet? Are you here in the actual dimension? Or, are you still wanting to argue that the billionaires who control these conglomerates are idealists, above reproach, and unwilling to flitter around with what you think or do? Go on then. Imagine in your heart of ordinary Joe hearts you would not twist minds to get what you want. If the chance were there, I mean. Or, reason a million similar stories about the evil Russians gritting their teeth, standing behind the new Russian Czar, and marching into Budapest, then Berlin, Paris, and London.
