A lawsuit filed this month by the Attorney General of the State of Kansas, Chris Kobach, against Pfizer for, among other things, destroying clinical trials data, and falsely claiming that its COVID vaccine prevented transmission from person to person, has been joined by four other states. The states are Utah, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. Presidential candidate RFK Jr. notes that together the states represent 10% of the US population.
The historic lawsuit is filed around the same time that The Lancet, the most prestigious medical journal in the world, has reinstated a previously censored study of all available autopsies on persons suspected of having died as a direct result of taking the COVID vaccines. The study, “A Systematic Review of Autopsy Findings in Deaths after COVID-19 Vaccination,” includes among its authors Yale School of Public Health Prof. Harvey Risch, MD.
On May 3, 2023, world renown pathologist Professor Dr. Arne Burkhardt delivered a presentation at the EU Parliament in which he concluded, using extensive microscope slide images taken in his lab, that the COVID vaccines were a main culprit in many of the excess deaths now being seen around the world. Dr. Burkhardt died in an accident a few weeks after his presentation.

Professor Risch last year said that the Lancet had engaged in a clear act of “censorship.” concluded that in the hundreds of autopsies reviewed, 74% of the deceased had died as a result of the COVID shots. The study is the most comprehensive to date of post-COVID vaccine death autopsies.
Bloomberg News reported on June 17, 2024 in “Kansas Sues Pfizer Over Covid-19 Vaccine’s Safety, Efficacy”:
“Kansas on Monday sued Pfizer Inc., accusing the pharmaceutical giant of misrepresenting the safety of its Covid-19 vaccine and violating the state’s consumer protection law.
The lawsuit was filed by state Attorney General Kris Kobach in Kansas District Court, Thomas County. The suit alleges the drugmaker misled the public when it said it had a safe and effective Covid-19 vaccine.
Pfizer said its vaccine would prevent the transmission of Covid-19, even though the company knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of the virus, according to the lawsuit.”
Attorney General of Kansas and other state attorneys general, in a multi-state lawsuit, are alleging that Pfizer:
- Destroyed reams of important clinical trials safety data for its COVID vaccine by “unblinding” controls, which renders trial data meaningless for the purpose of determining safety in the long run. Anytime the defendant destroys evidence in a civil trial, the jury is allowed to infer the evidence goes against the defendant.
- Implied, in April 2021 and other occasions, that the vaccine was safe for the immune compromised and pregnant women, when these categories had been specifically excluded from participation in clinical trials
- Contended, in public statements and marketing literature, that the shots stopped transmission of the virus, and called the unvaccinated “criminal,” even though no trials had been performed which proved this. One piece of marketing literature was a Marvel Comics comic book meant for children.

COVID Vaccine Push Was Led by Bill Gate, Anthony Fauci, World Economic Forum
Although the trail can be blurry, there is little doubt that the money trail to the “COVID Crisis” and the subsequent vaccine push very often leads back to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Gates is the single largest donor to the World Health Organization, even exceeding the US share, and is a mega-donor to the Democratic Party, which led the charge for vaccine mandates in the US. Gates is also a heavy contributor to journalistic institutions which shape the media.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is colluding with the Biden administration to give WHO extraordinary, possibly permanent powers in the event it declares any pandemic, including power to order lockdowns, mandatory facial recognition-scan digital IDs and vaccination proof, and mandatory vaccinations and medical treatments.
Investigative journalist Tim Schwab in 2021 told The Jacobin:
“Last summer in Columbia Journalism Review, I looked at every grant the Gates Foundation had given away, and I found that more than a quarter billion dollars is going to journalism: to NPR, to Al Jazeera, to ProPublica, to the BBC, to the Guardian . . .”
Few people know that the person behind the idea of unprecedented, worldwide “lockdowns” was Bill Gates, a member of the controversial World Economic Forum who funded the UK professor who argued that “lockdowns” were necessary. Gates also funded the World Health Organization’s Solidarity Trials, which were exposed as having subjected participants to massive and possibly lethal doses of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) in the treatment of COVID in 2020, in order to fraudulently conclude that HCQ was useless and even dangerous.
Gates, Anthony Fauci, Klaus Schwab, and other members of the World Economic Forum, such as vaccine mandate hardliners Governor Gavin Newsom, and Justin Trudeau, have all played roles in constructing the narrative that the COVID vaccines were, above all, “safe and effective.”
Social Engineering Experts Say COVID a Part of Drive to Total Control of Individuals by Elite
Many observers such as former Bush Sr. administration Assistant Secretary of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Catherine Austin Fitts, warn that the ultimate goal of the COVID vaccine roll-out is a global system, ultimately mandatory, of facial recognition-based digital IDs, linked to a cashless financial system in which all transactions can be limited and controlled, depending on “social behavior,” similar to the system now in place in China.
“Health mandates” are but a ploy to require all people to submit to biometric identification to ensure compliance with “vaccine” and other mandates, which can then be tied to a single global financial transaction system in which all transactions from a candy bar to a gallon of gas are under the microscope of an AI system, run by central bankers, who are elected by no one and accountable to no one, except the billionaire elite which holds most of the planet’s wealth.
The system will rely on the conversion of all present currencies to a system of credits at an, in essence, “company store” run by central banks, called CBDC Central Bank Digital Currency, which is not currency at all but a credit granted at the pleasure of the technocratic state.
For example, someone who wished to refuse a particular “vaccine” or “medical treatment,” or who did not want their children subjected to it, or who protested any government policy, could simply have his ability to buy or sell anything, including food, shut off.
Biometric facial recognition is already being quietly rolled out by the Department of Homeland Security at US airports, in systems which at present are voluntary and allow for opt-out to a longer, more inconvenient line at check-in. But just as Joe Biden early in 2020 assured that COVID vaccinations would never be made mandatory, critics say the government flat-out lies and defacto mandatory is coming, if one wants to travel.
The billionaire elite has made no secret of its desire for a global system which “monitors” and “tracks” people like pallets of merchandise. Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, an unelected billionaire’s club consisting of the most powerful people in the world, wrote in his book, The Fourth Industrial Revolution:
“Any package, pallet or container can now be equipped with a sensor, transmitter or radio frequency identification (RFID) tag that allows a company to track where it is as it moves through the supply chain—how it is performing, how it is being used, and so on….In the near future, similar monitoring systems will also be applied to the movement and tracking of people.”

Backlash Growing
In growing signs of outrage over being sold a deadly bill of goods by government, media, and many formerly trusted medical institutions such as the American Medical Association, legal actions are mounting. In Kansas, the State’s Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against Pfizer for, in the words of Bloomberg Law, “misrepresenting the safety of its Covid-19 vaccine and violating the state’s consumer protection law.“
Perhaps most worrisome of all, in 2022 a former chairman of the Council of Europe Health Committee, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, and Dr. Mike Yeadon said there is an unusual pattern in the data from the CDC’s own Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) which resembled the “calibration of a killing weapon.”

The mainstream UK Telegraph has published a report on a study in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) under the headline “Covid vaccines may have helped fuel rise in excess deaths.” The article marks the first time that any major newspaper or news network has acknowledged the possibility of the vaccines being anything but “safe and effective.”
The Telegraph is a 160 year-old British institution, equivalent of the New York Times “newspaper of record.” The story has now picked up by MSN, Yahoo News, and the New York Post.
